Today is the day. I started putting out the Christmas decorations. I’ve only started with those things that are high enough to be ‘out of reach’ for DD. I’m leaving town next weekend and Mr. MIC is not interested in contending with a 1 year old and a Christmas tree. So this must wait.

I love having tea in the afternoon and was so pleased to find this in my cupboard today!

Steeps tea is my favorite anyway…but to find I still had some ‘Christmas’ blend? What a treat.

Well, winter arrived last night with a big dump of SNOW. I always dread this day. Oh well, its here now and there is nothing left to do but put on your snowsuit and embrace the winter wonderland.

DD had her first real taste (not literally yet) of snow.

This being DD’s first “real” Christmas (last year she was 10 weeks old) I am getting pretty excited for her. I made this little note in her play area.

I thought it was cute, but now it is starting to sink in. STRESS. I haven’t started my shopping! I have nothing more than a scant list prepared!!
